Sofia Abdulkadir is committed to creating a space where people can explore and unleash their greatness.

She has an 8 years’ experience in business management, coaching, marketing strategy development facilitating organization learning, cross-cultural training, leadership development and radio hosting. Through her work she has served entrepreneurs, students, NGOs, health officers, women and teams from different walks of life.

An associate of the Center for Creative leadership (CCL), Sofia’s clients include the International Red Cross Federation (IFRC) Sabahar P.L.C, Covey Consultancy and Paradigm Consultancy for whom she has designed and delivered leadership development programs. Sofia enjoys collaborative reflective learning processes.

Sofia is a member of the Toastmasters, board member of the Association of Women in Business, and a co team leader for the Leadership Conversation Group (LCG). She volunteers to teach soft skills to street kids in collaboration with other organizations, and is part of the Community of Practice for developing inner skills. Furthermore, Sofia hosts “The Greatness Show” on 105.3 FM radio.

A holder of BA degree in Business Administration (European university, Holland) Sofia is fluent in the English and Amharic languages. Sofia lives in Ethiopia.
