Netsehet Workneh is the Managing Director and Co-founder of LonAdd Consultancy Plc, a Recruitment and HR Consultancy firm based in Addis Ababa. LonAdd besides providing professional candidates to the wider business community, it also aspires to become one of the best client focused  Recruitment Agents in Ethiopia. Netsehet finds overcoming the challenges of searching for exceptionally talented high caliber staff  very rewarding. She also provides free coaching and training to young adults at various events and presentations.

Beside LonAdd, Netsehet has worked on various HR Consultancy projects locally and internationally. She feels very fortunate to share some of her experiences gained overseas and believes that we all have a purpose in this world.

Netsehet holds BA in Social Sciences majoring in International Relations from University of Westminster (UK) and PGDip in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University (UK) and is an Associate Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK). She is fluent in Amharic, English and German.

Netsehet is married and is a mother of two beautiful kids. Loves long distance running and is proud to have taken part in Hawassa and Nairobi half marathons.
