What have we done so far?

Introduced a modern, dynamic & self-sustaining concept of local associations
Organized 800+ weekend activities & 120+ monthly networking programs
Revitalized the “networking for success” approach by providing tailored monthly events
Invited with 100+ groomed speakers, moderators, and Masters of ceremonies
Hosted 9 Women of Excellence (WOE) award ceremonies where we celebrated and documented the stories of 57 role models
Organized 9 May Forums: A well-known full-day forum attended by over 450 attendees, it is also known for its unique networking sessions
Inspired many to launch their own businesses and/or advance in their career
Created visibility & disseminated the success stories of many Ethiopian women through our 1000+ articles, including monthly spotlight, focus, and pinnacle sections
Created the Female CEO Breakfast Club (FCBC), a platform for female CEOs to connect, merge & grow together—currently 30+ members
Organized 6 Senior to Junior Business Seminars, a full-day training and networking for newly established businesses led by the FCBC & expert speakers
Organized different awareness creation and membership drive activities like Townhall & Sketch Your Success with AWiB
Trained 85 University students who completed the Meri Leadership & Mentorship program—achieved a 100% placement rate.
