Hasset is a multi-talented person that gets fascinated by movements that work toward youth development. She is currently working as a consultant at her own consulting firm, HC consultancy. She also serves on the advisory board of different organizations that work on the development of youth, including Youth for Christ, Yekebere Zegeba Kenbet, and Melkam Beteseb Ministries. For the past decade, she has been training, mentoring, coaching, and counseling thousands of young people. Her expertise includes Psychology, Gender & Theology, Management, and Informatics at the graduate and postgraduate levels.
