Ruth is a law professional and researcher with eight years of experience in university teaching, research, project management, and consultancy service. She has extensive experience in conducting socio-legal research and providing legal advisory and consultancy services for public and private sectors. She works full time as a project coordinator at Dereja focusing on Youth Development projects. Ruth does a great deal of pro bono works for vulnerable groups who cannot afford litigation fee. She also raises money to support free legal aid canters. Furthermore, she is a professional youth development trainer giving various awareness creation and capacity-building training focusing on Gender-Based Violence and child rights issues.
