A burning desire to change their lives underneath, attendees of the event were filled with curiosity as to how the personal experiences of Dr. Werotaw would be best exploited to be used to their own growth. The event started with a powerful networking session of an hour where attendees were divided in groups to dialogue on a certain topic of their choice amongst those provided by AWiB team.

After the session, one group was invited to present the outcomes of their discussions held on a theme ‘Who is responsibility to create visionary entrepreneurs?’ where the group reflected that it is the society’s responsibility through guiding the young generation to become visionary by looking in to themselves and the opportunity around them, through experience sharing on how to overcome challenges, and by having enough role models that lead by example and through creating a forum where young people explore their passion and dreams.

After the very well organized and successful group networking session, participants took their sits to learn on what the session has in store for them to enable them to aspire, plan, grow, and change. Dr. Worotaw graced the audience with his presence and his very positive outlook towards life.  He asked the audience to state the fact, “I AM A GENIUS!” which implies the initial point for action is believing in one’s capacity.

Dr. Werotaw started the session with a mind provoking question to the audience as to what they possibly thought was found beneath the development of a country. The audience was given few minutes to explore in depth the possible elements that made possible the fast growth of a nation. In this regard, innovation, entrepreneurship, mentorship and supper mentorship were regarded as the very solid foundations to a growth of a country. Creating a nation capable of innovating, entrepreneurs that are capable of sharing their expertise to those around them and having role models to guide and mentor those to bring them out to greater heights were also factors worth practicing if we are to build a nation of success and of high accomplishment.

With a doubtful look as to whether enough has been done to mentor and guide the young generation to the direction of success and if enough effort is exerted to build trusting relationships amongst entrepreneurs, participants showed a sense of hope to bring about change with this knowledge availed.

AWiBers are greatly engaged in creating access to mentorship to the leaders of tomorrow and are themselves engaged in mentoring, which has greater impacts in shaping the life paths of this generation. Mentoring is directing, showing trusted and tested paths of life and also showing different options.

Dr. Werotaw motivated the attendees of the event to dare take greater heights that seem hard to climb. Women were also motivated to change their attitudes, which he mentioned as the main reason for not succeeding in life.  As Dr. Werotaw advised, “Let’s reduce the money we spend for makeup and invest in books, and more work” the audience was filled with laughter in his humor though the message had depth and essence than it demonstrated. AWiB is for hard work, success, change and leadership; AWiB is for a brighter today and tomorrow and takes in to account all the hard work and commitment that must be put in now to reach all these desired pinnacles.

Dr. Werotaw firmly yet modestly said, “Do it!” instilling inspiration of achievement in every one’s heart. All present at the session were aware that gradually yet persistently everything was possible.  The details of how to start and sustain business is answered when individuals make extra efforts to take the courses offered in entrepreneurship.
