Selamawit is a senior technical expert-Gender, youth, and nutrition at Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATI). She has 20 years of experiences on gender, youth, nutrition, journalism, communication, research and change management in governance, agriculture, labor issues, road, health, and emergencies. She aspires that the young and adult rural women issues be the center of agricultural transformation and economic development and to create center of Excellence in Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture (NSA) and contribute for reduction of rural poverty, unemployment, and malnutrition.
She is a passionate, result-oriented, dedicated, consistent and extra-mile professional. She has MA degree in Gender Studies.
