Fitsum is an HR specialist and author የህይወቴ ቅኝት a memoir of her life experience and lessons learned, an inspiration to both young and old. She has more than 20 years of managerial experience. Her communication skill and extrovert nature helps her interact with teams and motivate them to meet organizational goals and objectives. She believes in networking with professionals to grow and practice her leadership skill. Fitsum has won the Able Communicator Silver Award from Toastmasters for her achievement. Currently, she chairs SHRME Board.
