Hiwot Alemayehu is an international consultant in the field of leadership development, governance and capacity development. She is currently working for MINDSET Consult, Ethiopia and INTRAC, UK and engaged in institutional reforms initiatives. She has an experience of 15 years. In the past years of her career, she delivered successful governance & leadership development programs and led an international team for delivering cross – country programs.

She has trained and consulted civil society organizations in Ethiopia, Sudan and Ghana in the areas of organizational governance and leadership development. Hiwot initiated Ethiopian Concern Professional Group (ECPG) and co-design and co-organize grand national events with the aim of mindset transformation. She also has a significant experience of facilitating several trainings and workshops.
