Melbana Seifu is born and raised in Addis Ababa. She is the Managing Director of SB Consult, Consulting Architectsand Engineers. She has over 19 years of experience that focusesin Architectural and Engineering consulting, project management and organizational management involving the management of various stakeholders and teams. She has developed Team Leadership, Coordination and Delegation, Interpersonal and communication skills, Project Management, Client Management, Analytical Skills through her professional endeavors, her undergraduate training as an Engineer and her MBA degree.
Her experiences both in Ethiopia and the U.S.A. have given her exposure to diverse team dynamics and work cultures. In addition to her professional experience, Melbana has served as a volunteer in Humanitarian organizations and has held various leadership positions. Melbana is married and a proud mother of a 2 year old baby girl.
