Founder & CEO of Flawless Events

Yoadan Tilahun is the founder & CEO of Flawless Events, leading with a keen eye for design and detail. Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Flawless Events organizes summits, corporate events, and conferences throughout the African continent. Yoadan is an enthusiastic advocate for professionalizing the MICE industry in East Africa. She is also an active International Congress & Convention Association (ICCA) member. Yoadan serves as the president of the newly established Ethiopian Events & Exhibition Organizers Association.

Yoadan is a member of the Setaweet Movement and actively engages with a monthly girls’ book club, where she finds a nurturing environment to discuss and exchange ideas with like-minded individuals. Her commitment to community extends further as she mentors young businesswomen and lends her support to the “Yellow Movement”, provides sanitary pads to female university students. The movement firmly believes that by overcoming seemingly inconsequential challenges and completing their education, these young women can emerge as future leaders. Through her various initiatives, Yoadan strives to make a meaningful impact and create opportunities for personal growth and success for women in her community.
