Finance for non-financial managers is about knowing how to read the financial books, rules & regulations, effectively communicating with your financial manager. It is about understanding what sectoral & national changes mean to your business & knowing your business inside and out.

Using practical exercises and interpretation of financial statements we can ‘lift the veil’ surrounding financial data. Once the veil is lifted & we have a strong financial knowledge we will be able to make informed decisions that enhance our financial health.

Upon completion of this second workshop, you will:

The three pillars of finance: Financing, Investing, and Operating Decisions
How to do break-even analysis for decision making
Capital Budgeting through examples of cash outflows & inflows for projects
Time value of money, Net present value calculation & Internal rate of return
