Lensa serves as a Research and Communication Officer at the Organization of Women in Self Employment (WISE). In her current position, she has further refined her skills in research, communication, and project development, contributing to initiatives that empower women and promote sustainable social change. 

With a strong commitment to teaching and research, she has accumulated eight years of university-level experience as a lecturer, guiding students, conducting scholarly research, and contributing to the advancement of social sciences.

Lensa’s professional journey reflects her unwavering dedication to knowledge, education, and community empowerment. She continues to inspire through her work in academia and development, bridging theory with practice to address real-world challenges and foster meaningful social transformation.

Her academic background has provided her with a strong foundation for understanding social structures, cultural dynamics, and community empowerment. Lensa holds a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology.
