Yodit serves as Program Manager at TIMRAN, where she leads initiatives promoting women’s political participation, leadership, and peacebuilding. She is a strategic feminist project manager, gender justice advocate, and women’s rights expert with over 14 years of experience advancing social justice, inclusive governance, and systemic change.
Her professional experience spans gender equality, humanitarian response, demographic transition, and women’s economic empowerment, integrating evidence-based programming with advocacy, partnership building, and policy engagement. Yodit is recognized for her expertise in program design, strategic communication, and policy analysis, bringing innovative and practical approaches to her work.
She is a founding member and Vice President of the Ethiopian Project Management Professionals Association, contributing to professional development and capacity building in project management.
Yodit holds an MA in Project Management from Addis Ababa University and a BA in Public Administration and Development Management from Dire Dawa University.
