Abenezer is the cofounder and program manager of Elevate Ethiopia, an international NGO working on Education performance improvement and empowerment of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC).

Abenezer has over 10 years of experience in social work and NGO leadership. She has led and managed community-focused programs that support vulnerable populations, with a strong emphasis on child welfare & women empowerment. Her experiences reflect a deep commitment to service, ethical leadership, and empowering others to reach their full potential.

Through her studies, she developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, ethics, and service-oriented leadership, which deepened her understanding of social challenges and strengthened her desire to create practical, people-centered solutions.

Her academic experience helped bridge theory and practice, equipping her with the skills to design programs that are both compassionate and effective.
