Affirmation Board Recap

AWiB members came together for an uplifting Affirmation Board making session Marthe Nzokou Giday.
During the session, members reflected on the questions they often ask themselves, questions that seek clarity, direction, and deeper self-understanding. This reflective practice opened the door to important themes such as being kind to oneself, embracing honesty, practicing self-forgiveness, and nurturing positive self-talk. Affirmations are more than words; they are daily reminders of our inner strength and greatness, scientifically proven to boost self-confidence, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Participants also had the opportunity to explore and craft tailor-made affirmation boards designed to support them in overcoming challenges and guiding them toward their visions and dreams.
