Omnia is the HR Lead and Deputy Operations Director at First Consult with main responsibility for talent management, fostering innovation, employee relations, diversity management, coaching, workforce planning, and implementing effective policies. Her background includes roles in diverse donor programs. An experienced HR and operations leader for over a decade in the private and development sectors, Omnia’s interest expands several disciplines. Her passion lies in mentoring future HR professionals with the intention of developing human capital. 

Omnia holds an MA in Marketing Management from Mekele University and a BA in Business Administration from Addis Ababa University, complemented by certifications in leadership and management, positioning her as a dynamic leader dedicated to workforce development and growth.
