In her capacity as Membership Relations Manager, Bethelhem harnesses her sharp observation skills to effectively analyze situations and identify areas for improvement. She focuses on enhancing members’ satisfaction, improving relationships with corporate partners, organizing impactful events, and implementing innovative strategies to organize membership-drive activities. 

Bethelhem holds a degree in electrical and computer engineering from Dire Dawa University (DDU) and has earned an MSc in Project Management. Beyond her professional achievements, she is dedicated to volunteering, values quality time with her family, and enjoys swimming.
