On Saturday, January 18th, AWiBers had a roundtable discussion on Responsible Leadership led by Siham Ayele, Country Manager of Africa Jobs Network. The session began with self-introductions, and a reflective question that encouraged participants to share their aspirations. 

Siham shared her personal journey, emphasizing how her commitment enabled her to achieve her goal of educating youth about self-discovery. She highlighted the importance of journaling to gain clarity on one’s vision and building self-confidence. 

Overall, the discussion was insightful, engaging  52 women from diverse backgrounds to learn the importance of self-reflection, identifying one’s “why,” and understanding fears that may be hindering personal and professional growth.
