She utilized numerous tools and techniques to manage and develop employees to perform at their highest capacity. In 2007, Lydia established her first company “Le Domaine Import & Export PLC”, which specialized in importing wine and professional kitchen equipment for the HORECA sector. Soon after, she established her second company “Le Chateau Import & Export PLC”, involved in the wine distribution business.
