Have you ever thought of asking questions as a form of art? Has it ever occurred to you that it is a skill that you can intentionally improve through practice? Whatever you just answered to these questions, it is inevitable that it triggers an intellectual process through which you can view how intentional you are when it comes to “Asking questions” or even better “Asking the Right Questions”.

Trauma is defined as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience that gets stuck in our memory and overly generalizes and dictates our lives. Depending on its severity and the experience it can leave an emotional shock and pain that can stay long after the experience actually took place.

Letter to oneself is a great tool for deeper reflection. It offers a portal to conversate with your future self as you would with a close friend or confidant. What have I learned in life? Disappointments, successes, who are those going through life with me? Are they supportive? Or Do I hold on to relationships that are not open for growth?
