Whatever you just answered to these questions, it is inevitable that it triggers an intellectual process through which you can view how intentional you are when it comes to “Asking questions” or even better “Asking the Right Questions”.

Trauma is defined as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience that gets stuck in our memory and overly generalizes and dictates our lives. Depending on its severity and the experience it can leave an emotional shock and pain that can stay long after the experience actually took place.
Making the right choice in life involves considering the bigger picture which includes aligning choices with one’s true purpose and values. One should not be restrained by fear and have awareness of one’s limitations while making the right choice. It also involves having the discipline of standing firmly by one’s choices without regrate and with the attitude of marching forward.

Life balance, or work-life balance, is the practice of maintaining a healthy equilibrium between our professional responsibilities and personal commitments. It requires managing work, family, health, and personal interests in a way that ensures no one area overwhelms the others.
Self-discovery is the process of understanding your true self and it is an ongoing process. It requires diving deep within and examining all areas of your life.
Letter to oneself is a great tool for deeper reflection. It offers a portal to conversate with your future self as you would with a close friend or confidant. What have I learned in life? Disappointments, successes, who are those going through life with me? Are they supportive? Or Do I hold on to relationships that are not open for growth?
