The Burden of Greed
Greed often whispers to us as ambition. It disguises itself as a quest for security, convincing us that just a little more will finally be enough. But this desire for excessive more whether wealth, power, validation, or control is a weight we were never meant to carry. We see its early shadow in the childhood urge to clutch our toys, and we feel its adult strain in the constant, low-grade anxiety of comparison and scarcity.
