Advocacy is more than speaking out! It is standing up, even when your voice shakes. It is the courage to name injustice when silence would be safer. It is the choice to use your influence, your presence, and your truth to champion a cause that matters.
Have you ever noticed how your mind sometimes replays the same thoughts over and over, as if stuck on repeat and most of them are far from being uplifting? You might find yourself anticipating the worst, doubting your worth, or rehearsing past mistakes like a movie you never wanted to watch again. This isn’t because we are forced by an outside entity but because of our traumatic experiences that we never fully processed, yet still carry within us.

That’s the poet in you, whispering truths your everyday in a way that moves something deep within you. If those words were captured, written and shared with others it will move others in depth and create connections that we crave.
