As we wrap up 2025, AWiB presents the critical topic “The Human Element in the Digital World”. This discussion will explore how empathy, ethics, and emotional intelligence can remain central as AI takes on roles once reserved for people.
Haset Summit is a one-day event dedicated to amplifying the visibility, celebrating the achievements, and highlighting the transformative journeys of women leaders. These women leaders have completed a rigorous one-year program, Haset Women Leadership, and the summit marks their graduation which will take place at Haile Grand on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
Life often moves too fast, leaving little space to process, heal, and reflect. Yet, taking time to reconnect with ourselves allows us to release old burdens, awaken our bodies, and gain clarity for the future. In this retreat, we create a safe space to explore self-forgiveness, experience the transformative power of movement, and pause to reflect on the year that has passed while planting seeds for what lies ahead.
For the past 15 years, AWiB upheld the tradition of listening through World Café style experiences. A World Café Experience is a group dialogue that aims to harness participants’ collective intelligence to explore complex issues, generate creative ideas, and foster shared understanding. This January we will explore “Agency in Leadership” as part of AWiB’s 2026 theme “From Potential to Performance: Agency in Leadership”.

Mastering LinkedIn is a non-negotiable modern career skill. It turns invisible job seekers into visible candidates, employees into industry voices, and networkers into relationship architects. It involves crafting a compelling narrative, sharing value-driven insights, and strategically engaging with a community to build trust and authority. Rather than just collecting connections, LinkedIn Mastery is focused on cultivating a community and communicating your unique value proposition to a targeted audience.
This February, AWiB presents “Collaborative Leadership: The Power of One.” The power of one can represent two meanings: one individual whose commitment to fostering collaboration ignites a process that shapes a collective “one,” a unified force that moves toward a shared goal. This is not about a lone hero, but about a leader’s ability to initiate and champion an inclusive culture that honors and amplifies every voice.
This March, AWiB presents “My Voice Matters” in collaboration with Timran. Timran is an indigenous not-for-profit organization whose vision is to see an Ethiopia in which women take their legitimate space in public decision-making and the nation’s political affairs. This vision springs from a very strong belief that women’s utmost participation both to lead and contribute their fair share will help bring about a different way of shaping public policy and building a peaceful, inclusive, and prosperous nation.
