Have you ever thought of working smarter?  Everywhere we go we are told that working hard is the only way to reap benefits in all that we attempt to do.  Working hard is great but if we think of skills to enhance our hard work knowing how to negotiate has a huge part to play.  Differences are inevitable focus, how we deal with them with minimum conflict and compromise matters.

The commonly held belief about negotiation is that it’s a skill only a few possess.  It’s true that some people naturally can negotiate successfully.  Nevertheless, negotiation is also an art that can be learned and perfected over time.  In this seminar, you will learn the crucial elements of negotiation like Timing, Information, and Power. In addition to this, we will learn negotiation approaches we can use in different environments as well as habits to develop like practice, self-confidence, patience, and more.


Upon completion of this seminar, you will:

  • Learn special practices and characteristics that make great negotiators
  • Examine your negotiation approaches and how to improve
