Five Pillars of Identity

“Most people fear individualism, they are lazy to introspect themselves and are hiding behind manners and opinions. Basically, every person knows that he/she is a unique creation but is afraid of one’s own authenticity and prefers to behave according to “the needs” of the herd.” – Friedrich Nietzsche

The Five Pillars of Identity are a framework for understanding the components that make up an individual’s identity. These pillars help people recognize and appreciate the multifaceted nature of their own identity. These pillars will be explored on this seminar and they are: body & mind, relationships, work-life, material securities and values.

We are socially conditioned to make biased judgments about others & ourselves on the basis of specific actions, behaviors, or beliefs. It is our individual responsibility to invest our energy and time in discovering ourselves by ourselves to find our true & unique essence. Understanding and recognizing the different pillars of identity will help us alienate harms and triumphs in one part of identity from affecting our overall being. This will strengthen our endurance and resilience. It also increases our self-awareness as well as our open-mindedness to understand people around us – what makes each one of them unique.

Upon completion of this seminar, you will:

Understand the concepts and elements in the Five pillars of Identity
Get a deeper understanding of your mind, personality, ego, and self
Identify and explore important aspects of our own identity and what drives most of your behaviors/actions, words, and emotions
Understand how diving deep into learning about our authentic selves can impact our lives, relationships, and work
Learn tips and practices to get more clarity about our identity

These seminars will be facilitated by Aremimo Meditation & Training Center, pioneer mind-set training center, personal &/or organizational development service provider.
