Ruth serves as a Membership Relations Manager, specializing in building strong member relationships and enhancing overall engagement. Her prior experience in sales and marketing across the trading and real estate sectors has strengthened her skills in communication, customer relations, and teamwork.

She is known for her approachable personality, professional work ethic, and excellent communication skills, which help her connect easily with members and colleagues alike. A natural team player, she is passionate about supporting others, and continuously improving the members experience. Her enthusiasm for learning and self-development allows her to adapt quickly and contribute positively to the organization.

Ruth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Addis Ababa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Bahir Dar University, combining technical insight with strong organizational and management skills.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in community service, and cooking—interests that reflect her caring nature and people-centered approach both professionally and personally.
