Lidya currently serves as the Membership Programs Manager at AWiB, where she designs and curates programs that foster the personal and professional growth. She develops program concept notes, coordinates with speakers and facilitators, and contributes to AWiB’s bi-monthly newsletter. She also facilitates transformative programs such as “What’s in a Dream” and “Wellness for High Productivity”. Prior to this role, she served as Membership Relations Manager, playing a significant role in increasing membership by 180% within two years
