Self Doubt Recap

On the 14th of June AWiBers joined for two round table discussions on Self Doubt led by Helina Abye, Communication Lead at AWiB. It started with an interactive self introduction where participants shared their background and their expectations from the session.

Defined as the feeling of uncertainty about certain situations, decisions or aspects of life, self doubt has different manifestations and developing ways to understand and combat is essential.

They reflected on self doubt from different perspectives such as perfectionism, constantly seeking flawlessness, comparison, fear of failure, negative self talk or engaging in critical inner dialogue.
