A New Board

A Shared Commitment

At AWiB, leadership is never about titles, it is about service, integrity, and shared purpose. Our 2026 incoming Board Members embody this spirit. They step into their roles with humility, energy, and a genuine commitment to strengthening AWiB for the long term.

Tuned in to AWiB’s culture and rooted in its values, this board brings innovative ideas that honor what has worked while boldly addressing what lies ahead. Their collective experience, curiosity, and collaborative mindset position AWiB to grow sustainably without losing its soul.

We are excited to walk into 2026 with leaders who listen, act thoughtfully, and believe deeply in the power of community.
