Yedidya is the Founder and Program Lead of Loved Hope, a youth-focused initiative dedicated to tutoring, mentoring, and promoting the personal development of children, teens, and youths. She also serves part-time as an Operations Manager at a Business Trading PLC, where she supports organizational operations and contributes to effective management practices.
In her previous positions, Yedidya has nearly two years of professional experience in the Civil Society Organization sector, working with SHEMATTERS on projects promoting women’s and girls’ empowerment, advocacy, and community-based initiatives, and with Ethiopian Media Women Association (EMWA), supporting women media professionals and strengthening organizational capacity.
Her professional expertise spans project coordination, program implementation, training facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
She has completed multiple professional training in leadership, personal development, trauma-informed response, safeguarding, communication for advocacy, and constituency building, which enhance her ability to implement impactful programs.
Yedidya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology.
