Haymanot serves as a Project Coordinator at Hope Enterprises, leading donor-funded initiatives including the Urban Destitute Support Project supported by the World Bank through the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs. 

A Social Work and Development professional with over 13 years of experience in project coordination, fundraising, and community development, she has demonstrated expertise in coordinating donor-funded projects, stakeholder engagement, proposal writing, and social enterprise management.  Haymanot has extensive experience working with NGOs, social enterprises, and public institutions, with strengths in proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and program administration.

Haymanot is deeply committed to advancing inclusive, impact-driven development that improves the lives of vulnerable communities. Her passion lies in social impact, with a strong foundation in social work and management information systems.

She holds a Master of Social Work from Addis Ababa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
