The Leader in Me

I am a person who steps forward in moments of challenges, offering direction, encouragement, or solutions. These experiences awakened something within me—a desire to grow as a leader who makes a difference. However, I also realized that leadership requires more than passion; it demands awareness, training, and mentorship.

My true journey of leadership development began when I joined the Haset Women’s Leadership Program. This opportunity became a turning point, helping me uncover my leadership identity, refine my communication skills, and strengthen my confidence. Through this program, I discovered that great leadership starts with self-awareness and authenticity—being true to who I am and leading with honesty and integrity.

Authentic leadership taught me that vulnerability is not weakness but strength. When I lead with transparency and empathy, I create trust and openness among my peers. It reminded me that leadership is not about perfection but about progress and consistency. My goal is to lead by example—to live by my values, stay resilient through challenges, and inspire others to do the same.

I also embraced the concept of transformational leadership—a leadership style that focuses on empowering others to grow and change. I believe true leadership is not just guiding people toward goals but walking alongside them, creating a shared vision where everyone feels valued and motivated. I want to be the kind of leader who helps others discover their potential, believe in their abilities, and achieve both personal and collective success.

As a woman, I recognize the importance of supporting and uplifting other women in leadership spaces. Too often, access to mentorship and opportunities can be limited. That is why I am committed to being a source of encouragement and guidance for others, helping them step confidently into their own leadership journeys. By empowering women to lead authentically and

boldly, I hope to contribute to a future where women’s voices are heard, respected, and celebrated.

Leadership, to me, is a lifelong journey of growth, purpose, and impact. It is about learning from every experience, standing firm in one’s values, and creating positive change wherever possible. I strive to be a leader who listens, learns, and lifts others. Each step I take brings me closer to the leader I am becoming—the leader within me.
