Tsedenia currently works as a Senior Project Officer for WASH at Catholic Relief Services managing multiple projects, organizing capacity-building activities, and overseeing monitoring and evaluation processes.

One of her proudest achievements is implementing a project that provides clean and safe water to over 250,000 people affected by conflict. Her skills in business development and project management have been key to the success of these initiatives.

She balances her career and family life with creativity and organization. She is committed to continuous learning, regularly attending conferences, workshops, and courses to stay updated in her field.

Tsedenia holds a bachelor in Water Supply and Environmental Engineering and a Master’s in project management and finance.
