Igniting Authentic Leaders: Cultivating Lasting Sisterhood
The Haset Women Leadership Program, initiated by the Packard Foundation, developed by Emerge plc, and implemented by AWiB aims to redefine leadership and elevate women to their potentials. Haset is on a mission to bring women in hoards to all aspects of leadership roles.
Haset focuses on addressing the gender gap in CSO leadership through Networking, Sisterhood, Visibility, Communication, and Self-promotion. Haset is a one-year CSO women leadership pilot program.









What We Do
Continual Growth
Haset is a space that affords a platform for women to develop leadership skills and unlock potentials through engaging in Haset club meetings and transformative training sessions.
Showing Up
Through the Haset Summit, members expand their visibility, celebrate accomplishments, and recognize each other’s success demonstrating the power of authenticity and leadership in action.
Building Community
Haset is a community builder, strengthening sisterhood bonds through services. Haset believes in the power of collective action and support.
Haset’s Circles
Haset Circle is a women’s gathering rooted in safety, respect, and belonging. It offers a supportive space where members are invited to show up as their authentic selves, cultivating a culture that honors diversity, acceptance, and shared growth.
