Netsanet Megersa is a Program Manager at Remember the Poorest Community (RPC), where she oversees initiatives that empower women through self-help groups, promote inclusive education, and foster holistic child development. With over five years of experience managing complex programs in the NGO sector, she is recognized as a committed project manager, women’s empowerment advocate, and development practitioner.
Her passion for making a difference is rooted in a strong belief in the transformative power of education, empowerment, and community collaboration. Guided by values of service and volunteerism, Netsanet is deeply committed to advancing positive change in the lives of women, children, and marginalized communities. Beyond her professional role, she contributes as a board member of Compassion Family International (CFI), a local NGO dedicated to supporting women and children.
Netsanet holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology (EGST) and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Addis Ababa University
