The Leader in Me
My leadership journey evolved organically in the everyday cadence of home life. For years, I instinctively stepped up, organizing family events and shouldering domestic responsibilities. Yet, balancing this inherent drive with the complex, fulfilling roles of a dedicated wife and mother of three often left my leadership fragmented and lacking formal structure.
The necessary training and mentorship felt like an unaffordable luxury until I discovered the Haset Women’s Leadership Training program, a pivotal inflection point that resonated deeply with the nurturing ethos of Efoy. The training provided the foundational blueprint I desperately needed. The most profound shift was the adoption of authentic leadership, which became my anchor. I realized that true integrity and transparency in my professional life—as the leader of the Efoy Nanny Training Center—had to start with self-authenticity, a recognition and integration of my critical dual roles. This new framework was immediately implemented within my organization.
The training received from Haset became the operating model, fostering an open and transparent culture while shifting our entire operational focus toward tangible results. This commitment to leading with clarity and purpose catalyzed impressive growth, both personally and organizationally, surprising even my own expectations for the center. My vision was further amplified by the principles of transformational leadership. I aim for more than just training nannies; I strive to cultivate an environment of collective fulfillment, walking the journey with my team.
My experience as a working mother gave me a keen appreciation for empowering individuals with life skills, ensuring that personal development is nurtured alongside a clear focus on measurable outcomes. Crucially, the wellness sessions offered by the Haset program provided an unexpected and profound benefit. They helped me achieve a necessary equilibrium, enabling me to become a more conscious and present parent, spouse, and friend.
This heightened self-awareness now flows directly into my leadership, allowing me to cultivate a more empathetic, supportive, and truly balanced environment at the Efoy Nanny Training Center. As a woman balancing multiple crucial roles, I feel a profound responsibility to extend this upliftment to others.
Through the Efoy Nanny Training Center, I am actively creating spaces for women to recognize and develop their own potential, aiming to spread a powerful “Efoy effect”—a warmth and light that strengthens families and the wider community. This chain of support is essential for broadening the representation and strengthening the impact of transformational women leaders in all sectors.
