The Leader in Me
Beyond titles and roles, leadership is a mindset and a dedication to personal development. As I pursue self-improvement, I continuously look for new ways to develop – the skills I learned in Haset leadership program. Self-reflection was the first awareness in developing my leadership and personal growth. Through several trainings and discussions, I developed the ability to pause, evaluate my thoughts, attitude, and behavior. I came to see that self-awareness, knowing my strengths, recognizing my areas for improvement, and being truthful about my aims are the foundations of true leadership.
Haset leadership training is like a mirror enabling me to see myself as I am. I was able to shine, see my true colors, and love myself more than ever because of this mirror. Time management, emotional intelligence, and conquering fear were the subjects of self-reflection and learning sessions that most resonated with me. Overcoming my fear had a remarkable impact on my life; it helped me learn to navigate more in life.
I improved my capacity to set clear goals, prioritize tasks appropriately and maintain attention in the face of distractions. Most importantly, I was able to be more mindful of my behavioral patterns since I knew that time management means managing my behavior. My interpersonal communication and ability to regulate emotions improved a lot. I’ve been able to make more deliberate judgments, learned to be proactive, and succeed both professionally and personally. I lead with purpose and my leadership is based on my values.
