Tsedale is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of New Bright Community Development Center (NBCDC), a local CSO focusing on empowering adolescents, girls, youth, and women across various thematic areas such as education, health, youth development, social and economic empowerment, and gender equality.
Tsedale’s unwavering sense of purpose propels her to continually refine her knowledge and expertise to meet evolving needs.
Additionally, her role as a mentor in the presidential Mentorship program has afforded her a platform to guide and empower young women at the University, preparing them for the professional landscape. Tsedale’s aspiration to be an agent of change extends to her role as a trainer, focusing on personal growth, gender equity, and emotional intelligence.
Tsedale holds an MA in Social Anthropology from Addis Ababa University; a BA in Social Anthropology and a BA in Foreign Language and Literature from Addis Ababa University.
