Martha serves as Reproductive Health/Family Planning Project coordinator & Gender Focal Person at Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA). Her areas of specialty include, Reproductive health, family planning, adolescent, maternal, child health and nutrition.

She has 25-plus years of work experience in health program and project management in government and non-government organizations in an integrated and comprehensive manner.

Martha has substantial involvement in community health program, health workers capacity building and skill development. Her strong team-building practice of maintaining smooth working relationship to ensure standards through joint planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation enables her to work effectively. 

Martha’s commitment is to bring change in people and organizations. Martha holds an MA of Public Health/ Reproductive Health and a BSc in Public Health.
