Bethelhem is a project coordinator in Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD), a humanitarian NGO. Bethelhem’s specialization in Leadership, Strategic Communication, Project Cycle Management and Sustainability, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Gender-Integrated Community Capacity Enhancement have helped her acquire a strong foundation in various aspects of Project implementation and social development.
All the preparation to enhance her skills and knowledge prepares her to make a meaningful impact in project planning, execution, and evaluation, particularly within community-based and social work contexts.
She also has a passion for creating and making handicrafts and loves to explore artworks that help her connect with herself, giving her a sense of fulfillment. Bethelhem has earned MA in Project Management from St. Mary’s University in 2020 and a BA in Sociology and Social Work from Jimma University in 2012.
