As we reflect on this timely and urgent theme, we must recognize a hard truth, leading from a reactive state feeds chaos. It traps us in a loop of putting out fires, only to watch new ones spark from the embers. This cycle reflects a control-oriented leadership style – tense, unsustainable, and far from proactive.
