Self-Confidence

Self-confidence is the attitude we have about our skills, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. It refers to the level of acceptance and trust we have in ourselves and our sense of control in our lives.
Self-confidence is experiencing genuinely positive feelings about ourselves while accepting our faults and foibles. It is the key to overcoming fear and pursuing one’s dream.
Outcome
Upon completion of this workshop, you will:
- Discover where self–confidence starts
- Understands factors that affect your self-confidence
- Understand the difference between the thought we had about self-confidence and the true meaning
- Understand your strengths and weaknesses
- Understand the reason behind why we wear masks for different people and how it affects our lives
- Assess your self-confidence level
- Reflect on the inquiries “Who am I?” “What am I made of?” and “How can I accomplish my dreams and celebrate my true self?”
