Power

What do we mean by POWER?  Who has it?  Who wants it? One way of defining power is the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events. The force of power is often observed in relationships of every kind.  It may be difficult to find balance in a relationship, whether that relationship is professional or personal, but strong & healthy relationships share power amicably and equally or close to it.  Unbalanced or unhealthy relationships, however, always seek to get more power over the other which becomes a source of major conflicts.
