Have you ever thought of working smarter? Everywhere we go we are told that working hard is the only way to reap benefits in all that we attempt to do. Working hard is great, but knowing how to negotiate has a huge part to play if we think of skills to enhance our hard work. Differences are an inevitable focus; how we deal with them with minimum conflict and compromise matters.
The commonly held belief about negotiation is that it’s a skill only a few possess. It’s true that some people naturally have the ability to negotiate successfully. Nevertheless, negotiation is also an art that can be learned and perfected over time. In this workshop, you will learn the crucial elements of negotiation, like Timing, Information, and Power. In addition, we will learn negotiation approaches we can use in different environments as well as habits to develop, like practice, self-confidence, patience, and more.
