Men are half the population of the world! Imagine if each one champions one woman…

Dear men and women who envision a just, balanced society – this call is for YOU. For those who dare to do the inner and outer work to build a world where principles such as “I consume only my fair share,” “I achieve with integrity,” “I listen to opposing opinions,” and “I do not do to others what I do not want done to me” are not just ideals, but lived values.

This November AWiB Connects @ the Hilton presents “Men Champions of Change” in a World Café Experience. At AWiB, November is a month we dedicate to honoring men who champion women, those who know that true progress demands partnership. Without men’s allyship in recognizing, advocating for, and celebrating women’s leadership, the social order we long for will remain out of reach. Because true allyship goes beyond good intentions; it is about action.

Men have immense power to shape a world where women rise and thrive. It begins with seeing women’s brilliance, sponsoring their growth, and amplifying their voices in rooms where they might otherwise go unheard. It means mentoring with purpose, confronting bias with courage, and advocating for fairness and inclusion: not as favors, but as fundamentals. It also means doing the inner work: examining one’s own unconscious biases and choosing, every day, to lead with awareness, respect, and integrity. Because real change happens when men stand not in front of women, but beside them.

We invite men to be part of this crucial conversation — and women, bring the men you share your world with. Let’s create a space where voices meet, perspectives shift, and understanding deepens.

Through the World Café Experience, you’ll move through small circles of rich, twenty-minute conversations — each one a spark for reflection and connection. Guided by table hosts who carry forward the essence of each discussion, you’ll witness how dialogue becomes transformation. Come to network, learn, and engage to share insights, exchange ideas, and experience the collective intelligence that emerges when minds and hearts unite for change.

Join us. Be part of the conversation that redefines what it means to be a champion of change.

Here are the questions we will entertain throughout the evening:

  1. In daily interactions, do you consciously make space for women’s voices, amplify their ideas & openly crediting their contributions?
  2. When you witness bias or inequality, do you stay silent, or do you use my influence to challenge it and advocate for fairness?
  3. What do you do, formally or informally to do your part in action so that more women grow, lead and contribute their best to society? Mentoring, sponsoring, examining biases, or other
