Roman Gomeju Tafessework is a hotelier, marketer, and social worker with extensive experience as a general manager and managing director in the hospitality sector. She currently serves as General Manager of Addis International Catering, Ethiopia’s only private inflight catering and aircraft cleaning company under Midroc Investment Group.
Beyond her professional career, Roman is deeply involved in humanitarian efforts, supporting displaced citizens across various regions in Ethiopia through the Coalition of Humanitarian Aid and Care & Share. She also serves as an executive member of the One Pack for One Child Movement, Pure Hope, and is an Honorary Member of Gojjo Shelter for Cancer Patients.
