Helina Girma, an international speaker and Maxwell Leadership-certified coach. She founded InsideOut Transformation Group to empower others through coaching and training. A devoted wife and mother, Helina has led forums for mothers and youth seminars, fostering meaningful conversations. She is also the author of Parenting with Purpose, a weekly reflection journal designed as a practical resource for parents.
In her profession, Helina is a Quality Professional Specialist with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences.
