Celebrating Friendship is about gratitude for the strong bonds we have with friends and creating a space for creating authentic & intimate conversations. Since friendship is a state of shared appreciation, affection, honesty, intimacy, and trust between two people, giving it time to celebrate and value it is important and enhances the well-being of our collective existence. True friendship doesn’t see class, race, education and other superficial classifications people usually put each other in. True friendship respects and value people exactly as they are.

Up on completion of this Round Table Discussion (RTD), participants will:

Share how they met the friends they value most

Discuss the benefits of true friendship

Explore the qualities of friendships with healthy boundaries

Discuss the importance of celebrating friends and letting them know the place we have for them

Open conversation on different ways of friendships

This RTD will be facilitated by two amazing friends who met at AWiB, where they quickly grew close to one another.
